All entries are embargoed for 30 days after the initial filing. Inclusion is based on public court records and automated widget detection; it is not a legal judgment about the defendant.

Filings
No public lawsuits in our dataset yet.
The CourtListener ingestion runs hourly; new filings appear after the 30-day embargo passes.
Methodology
Court filings are ingested daily from CourtListener's public REST API. Rows are added only if the case name + filing text match our ADA / accessibility keyword set. The defendant domain is inferred from the party name via a language model; the widget vendor is detected by live-loading the domain in a headless browser and checking network, global, and DOM signals. Inclusion requires at least two independent signals; confidence is reported per row.
We do not publish a lawsuit until at least 30 days after filing. This is a deliberate editorial policy, not a legal requirement.
